Coffee Concerts 2015-2016

This tradition of "Coffee Concerts" started in February of 2010, and each year a charity is chosen for support. There is a nominal charge of £2 for entry, 10% of which goes to the charity, and there is an opportunity to make further voluntary donations.

This year’s Coffee Concerts are in aid of The Amber Project for young people from 14-25years who self harm.

The coffee concert will also feature favourites from the English Operatic Soprano and Song Composer, Liza Lehmann, such as ‘The Lily of the day’ and ‘Fairies at the bottom of the garden.’
As part of the 400th commemoration for Shakespeare’s death, Stephanie and Sian Davies (piano) will be performing ‘Three Shakespeare Songs’ by Amy Beach, the American composer and pianist to mark the writers death.
