Yoga at St Edward's Church
One hour classes in the church hall:
every Monday 9.30am and 10.45am
Our Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for all levels - whether you are totally new to yoga or have practised before.
With a maximum of 9 people in class we cover pranayama (breath awareness leading to breath & energy control) and a variety of asanas (physical postures).
These classes are ideal for people who want to look after their wellbeing and take some time out to relax in a safe, friendly and supportive space.
Classes take place in 10 week blocks and booking is essential.
