Before he enlisted he was a Customs Officer. Resident Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Embarked on 24th January, 1917 aboard HMAT Anchises A68 from Sydney. No known grave. Commemorated on VILLERS-BRETONNEUX MEMORIAL, Somme, France.
