Saying Thank You to the essential workers during covid. Christmas Day Nativity Presentation: Video. The children take an active part in all aspects of church life and are currently sponsoring a child in Malawi through Action Aid. The funds for this are raised through regular cake sales and other activities involving the whole congregation on Sunday mornings. On Christmas Morning each year the children produce their own interpretation of
the Nativity Story. In 2020, because of Covid restrictions, they produced a slide show of their drawings with commentary. See their production here. The church and wider community give enthusiastic support to environmental projects. In May 2021 the children erected a bat box and a bird box provided by Natural Resources Wales. Photos The young people and their leaders also take on a variety of artistic projects, under the artistic direction of Julie Lewis. Some of their projects are shown below: 'I AM' COLLAGE, with pictures of the four seasons around the borders. This mosaic in celebration of Christian Aid is entitled "Sowing Seeds of Hope".
